The 1993/94 season witnessed the historic double victory in the Serie A championship and the Champions League Cup, obtained thanks to the "Providence" goal scored by Massaro, the Rossoneri's star forward in that season and main protagonist of the victory in the Champions League final, with two goals scored in the 4-0 match against FC Barcelona. That season's home shirt is the last with Motta as official sponsor, which remains firmly linked in everyone's minds to Milan's success in the mid-90s under Capello.
